We are looking for a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for our General and Visceral Surgery Clinic in part-time.

Requirements:

Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
Enjoy working with patients and possess strong communication skills, dedication, and teamwork abilities
Confident demeanor, initiative, and ability to work independently
Good knowledge of MS Office programs and ideally experience with Orbis

You will work in a highly specialized, highperformance hospital in an interesting and diverse work environment
We offer flexible and reliable working hours as well as systematic training

Your main responsibilities:

You will be a competent point of contact for patients and referring physicians
You will handle administrative tasks, including admitting outpatient and inpatient patients
You will organize various consultations (tumor, thyroid, procto, indication, and private consultations, consultations)
You will coordinate patients with other departments
If needed, you will assist with the Chief Physician's office
You will perform dressing changes, insert catheters/feeding tubes, and assist with minor surgeries

The position is part-time at 60% and initially temporary, but with good opportunities for permanent employment.
