    A day in the life.


    As our Site Reliability Engineer on the MMA National IT Systems Engineer team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems and infrastructure across multiple platforms. This skilled and experienced SRE is platform agnostic and proficient in working with OSS2 on-prem, Azure, and AWS. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for system reliability, performance, and security. Our SRE will provide production support, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.


    This role will design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure solutions in on-prem, Azure, and AWS platforms. You will monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize performance and ensure high availability. Our Site Reliability Engineer will optimize monitoring solutions to provide comprehensive visibility into system health and performance. This role is responsible for ensuring site availability and uptime, proactively identifying, and resolving any issues that may arise. Our SRE will define and track cloud site key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve system performance and reliability. The Site Reliability Engineer will build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring infrastructure-as-code principles are followed. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Datadog, leveraging its capabilities for data monitoring and observability.

    We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:



    • Site Reliability Engineer or similar role, with knowledge and hands-on experience building solutions in on-prem, Azure, and AWS environments.

    • Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

    • Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and experience with tools like Terraform.

    • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

    • Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security best practices.

    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify root causes of issues.

    • Expertise in optimizing monitoring solutions to ensure comprehensive visibility into system health and performance.

    • Experience in production support, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.

    • Subject matter expertise in Datadog, utilizing its capabilities for data monitoring and observability.


    These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:



    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .

    • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure DevOps Engineer


    Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

    The applicable base salary range for this role is $72,900 to $127,575. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
