    Description

    The Senior Scheduler will provide scheduling support for the SLS Program Office under the NASA CPSS contract at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).

    Provide scheduling support assistance for the SLS Project Office.

    Interact with the peer schedulers, SLS Civil Servant Lead Schedulers, Element PP&C teams, senior project personnel at MSFC, SLS Element prime contractors, and other NASA Centers, including Component Facilities and Technical and Service Support Centers.

    Provide development, integration, analysis and assessments of Program and Element level schedules into a Program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
    Provide updates, statuses, and maintenance inputs to the IMS.

    Maintain the element schedule performance to plan summary schedules charts for all Artemis missions (using Milestones Professional software) for program schedule integration and Element and Program reviews.

    Analyze budget and resource requirements for programs/projects in order to assure cost and scheduling compatibility and to manage impacts resulting from changes to scope and resource requirements.

    Develop, status, report, and document schedules and metrics for program and project management. Provide schedule analysis and report schedule findings as required.

    Develop analysis of major projects within the program, including the forecasting and identification of issues, and develop recommendations to resolve identified issues.

    Experience Requirements:
    Experience performing probabilistic schedule risk analysis and schedule health analysis.
    Experience using Milestones Professional and schedule risk tools (Full Monte, Acumen Fuse, etc.) desired.
    Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
    Extensive experience using commercial schedule management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
    Experience with implementation and management of integrated scheduling tools.
    Basic understanding of EIA-748 standard earned value management (EVM) principles.
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications desirable
    Membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the College of Performance Management (CPM) a plus.
