Job Description:

Your Team

Elyson, a master-planned community in Katy, TX, is looking for an enthusiastic part-time Community Representative to join our team.

The position will share the vision and story of our expanding new home community to customers visiting our welcome center.

Your Key Deliverables

  • Effectively register guests and capture guest information.
  • Open, maintain and close the Welcome Center according to procedure.
  • Understand and support the execution of community brand at all touch points—the Welcome Center, at model homes, at amenities and throughout the community.
  • Assist the marketing team with Builder Relations, to include basic communications, meetings and events.
  • Place supply orders and maintain an inventory of supplies and gifts.
  • Assist and participate in on and offsite community events, grand openings, and other special promotions as needed.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
helping with vendor organization, ordering and preparing give-away items, overseeing guest registration, taking photographs, cleanup, etc.

  • Support the real estate agent outreach program by contacting agents to inform them about Elyson and our agent program. Assist and participate in agent events when needed on and off site.
Must Haves

  • Position is parttime and most shifts will be on WEEKENDS (Sat from 9:306p and/or Sun from 11:306p).
  • Ability to work weekends plus some weekdays and holidays (when needed) for an average of 15 hrs/week.
  • Warm and welcoming, good energy level, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Detail oriented person with the ability to easily multitask and work independently.
  • College degree (or equivalent work experience).
  • 12 years' customer service experience in highend resort, real estate or retail environment delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Marketing/Sales background is a plus.
