Our direct client, a well-established leader and fast-growing company in a thriving industry, seeks an experienced CRM Analyst to join their growing team. The CRM Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for customer data and database insights for the company and is responsible for using data-driven insights to achieve measurable marketing results. Supports the planning of all aspects of our cross-channel marketing campaigns with a specific focus on database segmentation and analysis to support retention and new customer acquisition, Provides reporting and actionable insights to improve marketing campaign performance and customer journey touches through KPI setting/tracking, A/B testing, journey building, and ongoing optimization of segmentation strategies. Accountable for helping better understand our customers and key performance metrics in order to deliver more effective, personalized communications and drive growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop strategies to leverage guest insights for actionable improvements in our marketing campaigns and the customer journey.
Assist with detailed results reporting and analytics. Analyze results across housefile brochure marketing and new customer acquisition efforts, conducting the backend response & ROI analysis. Analyze reports to provide actionable insights to the broader marketing team.
Support development and execution of housefile circulation plans, brochure planning, matrices and multi-channel plans.
Support efforts to improve segmentation and optimization of lists.
Evaluate A/B test results to translate results into insights and recommendations (i.e., audience, offer, creative, timing, retention, cross-sell etc.)
Support acquisition programs including assisting with direct mail customer acquisition efforts, the largest driver of new clients
With support from external agencies, continually test and refine channels, strategies, and tactics to improve conversion rates and cost per acquisition. Monitor weekly pacing and performance, making adjustments to optimize.
Uncover opportunities for growth and optimization by testing hypotheses, and analyzing marketing tactics.
Work closely with the Business Analytics team and the IT department to identify required data for forecasting/reporting and to support the Marketing Teams data infrastructure needs.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

7+ years relevant experience
Exceptional teamwork skills; ability to interact and contribute effectively with others in a fast-paced, collaborative team atmosphere
Ability to organize and multi-task while completing projects to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail
Savvy with analytics, reporting and funnel development; considered an Excel and data guru by your peers
A self-starter and someone that likes to take control of the reigns
Detail oriented, organized, and strong communication skills both verbal and written
Experience with the following is advantageous: SQL, Google Analytics, Salesforce (Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds), Tableau
Passion for marketing; love of travel a plus

Note this position requires 1-3 days a week onsite working with the team at headquarters in the Norwalk CT office.
