POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee set up and maintenance of study data bases and oversee data entry;
  • Devise data base tables, data entry forms;
  • Identify data discrepancies and ensure data are reconciled throughout studies;
  • Drive the rigorous data analysis effort and support team efforts toward high quality documentation.
  • Implement and maintain software for the monitoring analysis and reporting of studies;
  • Maintain software licenses;
  • Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree and 23 years of experience required.
  • Speaks clearly and expresses self well in oneonone conversations and groups;
  • Develops effective written communications and uses them appropriately;
  • Interacts and proactively shares information with internal and external contacts where appropriate;
  • Develops effective relationships with peers, students and employees;
  • Assumes responsibility to ensure issues/concerns will be addressed and monitors them through conclusion;
  • Identifies, defines and analyzes information and situations before recommending a course of action;
  • Effectively manages own time and resources;

Minimum Salary Range:
USD $63,000.00/Yr


Maximum Salary Range:
USD $70,000.00/Yr


About Us:


The Data Analyst will assist in the implementation, coordination, and maintenance of study databases, and provide analytic support as needed by study teams and in coordination with Department 's Data Unit.
