    Description

    Technical Lead

    Seeking an Advanced or Expert-Level software engineer, within an engineering domain that is responsible for the work of an agile development team.

    A Technical Lead helps provide client expectation management for the team, risk identification and management, and if necessary, providing air cover for the team.

    Technical Lead leads and mentors while contributing to the team's deliverables where appropriate – minimum 60% contribution to sprint velocity.

    Technical Lead must act as a proxy for the architecture role - owning the design and driving or fleshing out the details of the end-to-end component architecture being implemented by their team.

    • Leads Technical Solutioning to support Dev Team; including architecture and guidelines enforcement
    • Works with Platform & Enterprise Architecture to Understand and Advance Tech Stack
    • Senior .NET Core C# and React development experience.
    • "Power User" of associated tech platforms and tools including Docker, Kubernetes, IAM and Logging systems
    • Architectural breadth and understanding of platform concepts
    • Development depth in complex enterprise application development - .NET Core C# & React
    • Understands APIs, common code libraries' purpose, operations and functions
    • Assists in Coding and Configuration of Platform to support Dev Team
    • Creates and Publishes API/UI/DB Documentation
    • Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to collaborate with others to solve problems and deliver solutions
    • Attention to detail and strong commitment to delivering quality code and solutions
    • Ability to multi-task

    This role is open to: full-time direct hire or contracting hourly.
