    About the Role:

    The Brand Ambassador Team Lead plays a key role in promoting the Bath Experts brand and ensuring customers have an exceptional experience to boost sales. The perfect candidate will be sociable, adept at engaging with others, possess strong communication skills, and provide outstanding customer service. This full-time position requires availability during evenings and weekends.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Elevate brand awareness and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and promoting the Bath Experts brand
    • Represent the Bath Experts brand at marketing events, handling planning and coordination, lead generation, and appointment scheduling
    • Interact with potential and current customers professionally and cordially
    • Serve as a product expert, addressing customer inquiries and showcasing the value and expertise of Bath Experts
    • Employ a consultative sales approach to educate customers about all Bath Experts' products and services
    • Gather necessary client information for appointment scheduling purposes
    • Offer additional marketing assistance by contacting inbound/outbound leads and performing other marketing-related tasks
    • Other responsibilities may include supporting different markets, aiding in new team member training, and tracking/reporting event outcomes
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required (especially in retail sales)
    • Industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
    • Reliable transportation and the ability to transport large branded items is essential
    • Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong conversational skills
    • Ability to follow a proven sales appointment generation process
    • Capability to stand for extended periods
    • Availability during evenings and weekends
