Service NCE>Onshore Operations>Business Planning & Development
We are Operation Development, a team of experts who work as a regional partner for Vestas Service Onshore Central. Our goal is to continuously improve and support the execution of the Service strategy. This includes developing and implementing best practices, maintaining standards, managing performance, and overseeing improvement initiatives.

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team and support our subregions in Germany, Multibrand, and Benelux.


Responsibilities

  • Train, implement, and promote global/NCE processes in the Subregions/Service Areas of Service Central
  • Play a key role in the LEAP project and Salesforce rollout/Hypercare phase for Service Central
  • Provide 1st level support for operational and system issues in Service operations
  • Continuously improve processes and work instructions for Service operations
  • Initiate and support the creation and publication of processes in the Vestas Process Portal (VPP)
  • Track PPI and set and monitor related actions for the Subregions/Service Areas
  • Act as a bridge between process stakeholders such as NCE Process Consultants, Salesforce Super Users, and Back Offices in the Service Areas
