Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) in full-time at our location in
Jena.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing professional customer service and advice over the phone
Handling and processing customer orders and providing comprehensive support to our field sales representatives
Calculating and converting specific inquiries into successful offers
Contributing your expertise to various projects and constantly working on optimizing work processes

Your qualifications:

You have a commercial or technical education and good knowledge of the industry, ideally in the field of building technology
You have previous sales experience and are comfortable interacting with customers
You have good knowledge of MS Office programs and SAP R/
You are a team player with a passion for sales and a high level of commitment
