We are looking for a Strategist (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience in the field of marketing and brand management for our location in Herford.

Help us turn ideas into strategic concepts, explain complicated products in a simple way, and convince our clients of our ideas.

You will work together with our design team on presentations, positioning, and portfolios, while keeping a cool head and maintaining your composure under time pressure.

You have a talent for recognizing and simplifying structures, formulating precise messages, and keeping the common goal in mind? Sounds perfect for us


These tasks await you with us:

  • Content management of pitch presentations and inquiries from new clients
  • Market and target group analysis is second nature to you, providing an optimal basis for our presentations and concepts
  • You clearly communicate your arguments and opinions, moderate meetings, and communicate with our clients on an equal footing
  • Development of strategies and integration into our projects
  • You enjoy working with our design team and have a good sense of team leading
  • You think interdisciplinary, applying your strategies to different marketing areas and channels

  • You have relevant professional experience in an agency environment
  • You have a degree in marketing/business administration or a related field
  • You have a quick understanding, think ahead, and engage with others
  • Your concepts are fresh and structured, with a keen sense for the relevant target group and competition
