IT Client Infrastructure Expert

Possible tasks for this role include:

  • Operating the MECM infrastructure
  • Integrating and independently developing and acquiring knowledge of security solutions such as antivirus and encryption on clients as an IT client infrastructure expert
  • Developing scalable and efficient strategies for software and patch distribution
  • Creating customized operating system images for specific scenarios
  • Developing and analyzing reports in collaboration with the project team and incorporating customer requirements
  • Creating customized group policies for complex requirements and continuously reviewing them

Qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive experience with MECM infrastructures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of integrating security solutions at the client level
  • Knowledge of IT service management processes (ITIL) is a plus
