Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 2+ years of experience in Agile product management

In this role you will be working on a team that is truly changing banking for good, driving Product decision-making and tech delivery for Capital One's External Affairs compliance, story-telling and philanthropic strategies as part of the External Affairs Strategy and Engagement (EASE) product team.
