    Description

    CLINT MCLAIN is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who is driven by passion and purpose. With over a century of experience, we are pioneers in our field, leading the industry with pride.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for:

    • Servicing current client base
    • Identifying new business prospects (B2B)
    • Overseeing team activities and outcomes
    • Training and mentoring new team members on established systems
    • Providing daily field activity reports via Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focusing daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Qualifications and skills required:

    • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented abilities
    • Proven track record in time management and meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate efficiently
    • Effective performance in fast-paced and occasionally demanding environments
    • Passion for assisting others and fostering connections
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Engagement in community initiatives
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge preferred)

    Licensing prerequisites:

    • Valid Driver's License
    • Authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation

    A 45-day assessment period is mandatory before progression.
