    Description

    LUKE BAILEY is seeking a dedicated leader to join our well-established organization with a rich history of 120 years. The chosen individual will play a pivotal role in servicing and expanding our client base comprising 2,000 businesses through nurturing existing relationships and fostering new ones via referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in executing these tasks effectively. This position offers the opportunity for growth, with the potential to progress to the role of Agency Director after mastering the essential skills and techniques using our established systems.

    The compensation for this role is competitive, with a weekly pay range averaging $70,000-$85,000 in the first year. Key responsibilities include:

    • Servicing the current client portfolio
    • Identifying new business prospects in a B2B setting
    • Supervising and driving team performance
    • Training new team members on existing systems
    • Providing regular field activity reports via a Salesforce-based CRM
    • Emphasizing on recruitment, training, and leadership development on a daily basis

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Proven ability in time management to meet project deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Effective task prioritization and delegation skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment
    • Passion for assisting individuals and fostering relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community engagement desire
    • Familiarity with CRMs, ideally Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day assessment period before progression
