Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Consultant to join our Technical Due Diligence Team in North America. The core responsibilities will largely relate to transactional-based property condition assessments, facility condition assessments, and consulting projects across the United States. The workload will be varied and include technical advisory with flexibility to accommodate the specific skill sets and aspirations of the applicant. This role can be based in NYC, Denver , LA, DC or Chicago and will be a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the Local Arcadis office.
The successful candidate will be expected to be technically proficient and have a broad range and experience of commercial real estate consultancy predominately in Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) and/or Energy Auditing (preferred, not essential). The candidate will be largely focused on service delivery with additional responsibilities that may include client development, account leadership, and project management when working as part of a larger commission team and supporting to achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Role accountabilities:
Manage and undertake professional technical consultancy commissions related to Technical Due Diligence including property condition assessment, facility condition assessment, ADA assessments, Energy Audits, engineering solutions, feasibility analysis and asset planning.
Coordinate with Arcadis Account Leaders, Project Managers, and Team Leaders to manage risk in service delivery and ensure efficient financial control resulting in a cost-effective service.
Collaboration with the Practice Leader to accelerate organic revenue growth and implementation of the business strategy in terms of the TDD offering.
Report quantified information on the progress of each contract to Program Manager or Practice Leader regularly.
