"Summer Vibes Job Opportunity on the South Shore

A leading provider of outsourced services is seeking dedicated customer service representatives (m/f/d) to work in Portugal. Locations in multiple Portuguese cities, with offices in Porto, Lisbon, Setúbal, and Covilhã.


Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries through inbound, outbound, chat, email, and social media channels
  • Supporting customers from various industries such as entertainment electronics, insurance, retail, telecommunications, gaming, tourism, ecommerce, media, financial services, and technology

Requirements:

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit in Portugal
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Completion of 9th grade or higher
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • English proficiency at B2 level
  • No criminal record
