    How you'll make an impact:
    SiriusXM is searching for a Data Solutions Consultant to join our team.

    As a Data Solutions Consultant you will review and manage incoming initiatives related to operational and technical support of marketing requirements.

    In addition, you will design and implement the data quality standards for marketing operations. This role requires a background in campaign development, data management, data quality, data warehousing, business intelligence, and/or requirements documentation.

    This position will work closely with the Associate Director of campaign solutions and act as a thought leader to driving overall business value by identifying ways to improve existing data and process, overseeing level-of-effort estimation processes, trouble-shooting campaign data and campaign platform issues.


    What you'll do:
    Manage project status updates and be responsible for communicating timely updates to all related business partners and team members. Identify and develop strategies to improve campaign functionality, streamline campaigns to provide greater efficiencies, and/or introduce new data elements for campaign usage Facilitate data quality improvement initiatives including the capture and usage of relevant campaign meta data Develop and maintain project schedules, project assignments, and follow-through on start-to-end project delivery Represent the team on key weekly meetings with business stakeholders Work with key stakeholders to constantly improve our ability to monitor, detect and resolve data quality issues Employ standards on the ingestion of all data sources as well as the outbound data files to users of the marketing data


    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computers, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
    • 7+ years of relevant experience
    • Advanced knowledge of SQL
    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Data Cloud (or similar)
    • Experience in a high-volume campaign production environments.
    • Experience ensuring high quality data delivery in big data environments
    • Solid understanding of Data Warehousing architecture principles
    • Experience in articulating insights to a non-data oriented audience.
    • Experience with using data quality tools like Qlikview, Infogix, Tableau etc.
    • Strong communication skills (written and oral) to all staff levels and possess ability to deliver information tactfully. Ability to work with internal teams and external vendor teams
    • Detail-oriented and able to multitask according to project priorities and with complex requirements and aggressive timelines.
    • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
