- Must have experience with metals, welding, and automation
- Experience in continuously improving operations used to turn raw material into finished products is necessary
- Ability to collect data and conduct time studies for part cycle times and work closely with programmers to enhance part cycle times
- Skill in identifying and recommending changes to facility layout for machines, storage units etc. for more efficient processes
- A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
- Support the efficiency and improvement of processes within the facility
- Be responsible for continuously enhancing all operations used to turn raw materials into finished products

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
