    Description

    Duties include:

    • Integrate Lean principles, such as 5S, Visual Work, and Kanban, across the facility.
    • Design and oversee training initiatives for production staff.
    • Ensure effective communication of new product launches and modifications to relevant stakeholders.
    • Conduct analyses on causes and effects, and implement corrective actions accordingly.
    • Evaluate production methods to enhance product consistency, streamline procedures, and optimize workflow.
    • Oversee capital equipment projects, identifying enhancements and ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
    • Fulfill additional duties and assignments as necessary.

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical fields.

    Professional Experience:

    • A minimum of 6 years' experience in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering roles.
    • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, etc.
    • Skilled in AutoCAD, ProE, and preferably SolidWorks.
    • Knowledge of ISO 14001, TS-16949, or IATF-15949 standards.
    • Experience with quality standards, capital equipment, procurement, FMEA, APQP is advantageous.
