    Description

    Major Responsibilities:

    · Responsible for overall HR related topics for the Americas, partnering with business stakeholders in the Region of Americas, connecting internally with Global Headquarter HR team, and interfacing externally with HR service agencies.

    · Handle HR operations for the Region of Americas, including C&B operations, employee lifecycle management and payrolling etc.

    · Partner with business stakeholders and HR CoE team to bring HR solutions to enable the business growth agenda for the Region of Americas.

    · Manage the recruitment for the Region of Americas (mainly USA and Mexico) and support recruitment for the Region of Europe, including both experienced hiring and campus recruitment (as applicable).

    · Monitor industry trends and obtain relevant information on talent attraction & acquisition and C&B, conduct talent mapping and HR analytics, cultivate external talent pool and HR network for best practice.

    Preferred Candidates' Profile:

    · Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in human resource management, psychology, business administration or other related fields;

    · 5-10 years' working experiences in recruitment and C&B operational experiences (including 401K and medical insurances & benefits handling);

    · Proficient in various recruitment channels for USA (priority), Mexico and Europe, familiar with systematic recruitment processes and talent evaluation methods, able to explore candidates through multiple channels, effectively manage the interview process, and make reasonable hiring decisions / recommendations;

    · Familiar with the operational procedures of various practical human resource management practices, including employee lifecycle management and C&B operations;

    · Speaking fluent English.

    · Familiar with B2B industrial business model, working experiences from adjacent sectors such as automotive tier 1, high-tech sectors etc.

    · Having taken regional or cross-cultural roles, familiar with labor laws and talent market in USA (priority), Mexico and major countries in Europe.

    · Strong HR business partnering and governance. Excellent communication, stakeholder management.

    · It would be a plus if having international working/living experiences.
