Job summary
The Information Technology Specialist-III position will support the Montgomery County Maryland Public Safety Data Systems (PSDS) environment. This position provides support of the County's 911 Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, Records Management Systems (RMS), Mobile Data Systems, and support interfaces.Responsibilities
• Support Montgomery County agencies providing the latest reliable IT architecture for Public Safety.• The position requires an understanding of Information Systems standards and vulnerability mitigation within an Enterprise environment.
• Solid working knowledge of VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
• Professionally collaborate with end users to deliver customer-oriented services.
• Desktop support and troubleshooting skills to resolve system and application issues.
• Identify security threats, and threat levels, and develop mitigation plans while developing and implementing security and compliance policies.
