L & A Lasertechnik und Applikationen GmbH, located in Boxdorf (near Dresden), currently employs 15 employees and is ISO 9001:2015 certified.


Our main business is laser welding, as well as TIG and MIG/MAG welding in the fields of tool and mold making, vacuum and sensor technology, and precision sheet metal work.

In addition, we specialize in laser marking and engraving.


With our welding experience in tool and mold making since 1990, the application of laser welding in this industry has proven to be a successful technology, and as a service provider, we have gained many customers nationwide.


With extensive knowledge and a modern machine park, we fulfill orders for our customers in industries such as mechanical engineering, medical technology, and sensor manufacturing.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a laser welder.


Your responsibilities:


  • Laser welding in the field of tool and mold making
  • Joining of assemblies and welding constructions in the fields of precision engineering, vacuum technology, and sensor technology
  • Independent processing of customer orders and solutionoriented communication with customers
  • Issuing of quality management documents; creating documents for process control and traceability

Your profile:


  • Good knowledge and current experience in (TIG) welding
  • Experience in laser welding is desirable (but not required)
  • Completed vocational training in the metal or precision engineering field
  • Fine motor skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
