- Serve as the point of contact for customers and develop strategies to grow the transportation practice.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding services; communicate customer requirements and expectations to the Operations team to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Understand customers' shipping and logistics requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Usage of the CRM system to document customer activity and ensure account information is accurate.
- Actively engage with Project and Sales teams to influence pursuit team on sales process discipline
- Bachelor's Degree
- No experience required- willing to train the right candidate
- Internship or office experience is preferred
