SAP HCM Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Join our team at HMMA, a division of Hyundai/Kia Motors Manufacturing, as a SAP HCM Sr. Business Systems Analyst in Montgomery, AL (onsite). As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading HCM solutions and collaborating with our Korea HQ to implement best practices.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, along with strong experience in HRIS and SAP/SF modules. If you have a knack for problem-solving and excellent communication skills, we want you to join us!

Essential Functions:

Support, design, configure, test, and work with SAP ERP software.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP modules and cloud solutions.
Provide expert-level application support and guidance on SAP requirements.
Configure SAP modules and SaaS solutions to meet business needs.
Evaluate business needs and customize SAP configuration.
Stay updated with technical developments in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
Collaborate with external partners following HAEA IT model.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Lead small project teams and guide junior team members on tasks.

Decision Making / Discretion:

Identify changes in business needs and implement successful solutions.
Drive improvements in all areas of responsibility.

Results:

Ensure existing system processes function correctly and deliver new projects on time.

Strategy Development:

Design and implement new system processes to support client objectives.

Required Skills / Education:

Minimum 7 years of experience in HRIS or IT with a focus on applications.
Ability to explain technical concepts and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Certifications in SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or PHR are preferred.

Note:
Some local travel may be required for this position.

Salary Range:
$75,880 to $108,500 per year.
