Description

Our client in the field of medical technology is currently seeking a Senior Service Technician (m/f/d) - Medical Imaging for their Trumbull Center location. This is a 100% remote position.

Here are your responsibilities:

Handling of malfunction reports and customer complaints from end users such as hospitals and clinics
Providing efficient technical support to customers and collaborating with sales and marketing colleagues
Providing on-site support to end customers for important projects and cases, including diagnosis and repair of complex system and equipment failures
Conducting on-site visits to end users (approximately 30% travel)
Maintenance and repair of main equipment on site
Conducting service trainings for customers
Creating routine reports and summaries of business trips for superiors, as well as participating in product technology update meetings

Here's what you bring to the table:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in the field of medical technology or a relevant, related field
Knowledge of medical products and clinical applications, as well as experience in maintaining such products
At least 4 years of experience in the medical service industry
