Description

We are currently looking for a Sachbearbeiter:in in the Wirtschaftlichen Jugendhilfe (m/w/d) at the Amt für Jugend und Familie, starting immediately. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of TVöD VKA EG 9c / LBesG NRW A 10.

Your main tasks

Granting of assistance for education and other economic assistance according to SGB VIII
Continuous review of responsibility for assistance, including decision-making in case of transfer of cases from other youth welfare and rehabilitation providers, as well as conducting case transfer procedures
Participation in education conferences and assistance planning procedures
Reimbursement of costs to local and supra-local youth welfare providers
Management of the "Assistance for Education" budget
Review and implementation of current case law, if necessary with the involvement of DIJUF
Involvement of cost payers and securing of priority claims against other social security providers

Your profile

Bachelor of Arts in General Administration / Bachelor of Laws or a successfully completed comparable university degree in a similar field (e.g. degree in administrative management) or the successfully completed administrative training course II (formerly higher non-technical administrative service)
