- Elaborer et mettre à jour les tableaux de bord permettant de suivre efficacement l'ensemble de l'activité du portefeuille de projets.
- Gérer le plan de charge de l'organisation.
- Garantir la bonne allocation de moyens nécessaires à la réussite des projets dans le planning et le budget fixé.
- Assurer l'analyse du portefeuille projets et le maintenir pour en comprendre l'évolution.
- Consolider/Identifier les risques d'exécution de la feuille de route et en assurer le suivi.
- Alerter en cas de dérive ou d'écart constatés dans l'exécution de la feuille de route.
- Participer activement dans l'amélioration des processus liés au pilotage du portefeuille projets (gestion des demandes, gestion des arbitrages ...).
- Superviser la collecte des informations nécessaires afin de maintenir à jour le portefeuille de projets (périmètre, budget, planning, reste à faire...).
- Elaborer les livrables et consolider l'ensemble des informations du portefeuille en produisant un reporting fiable et adapté auprès des équipes et la direction.
- Préparer les présentations, animer les réunions et comités, rédiger les compte-rendu.
- Gérer le projet de déploiement d'un outil PPM au sein des filiales du groupe.
- Diffuser régulièrement les reportings et les supports de communication.
- Animer la relation avec les correspondants internes, en régions ou en central.
- De formation Bac+5 de type école d'ingénieurs ou équivalent
- Expérience confirmée en pilotage portefeuille projets importants
- Maîtrise des techniques et de la méthodologie de gestion de projet (Certifications seraient un plus, notamment PFMP)
- Maitrise des outils de planification et de gestion des ressources.
- Bonne compréhension des facteurs succès/risques d'un projet
- Bonne communication et très bonne qualité rédactionnelle.
- Connaissance des outils de gestion de projet et des outils bureautiques
- Connaissance des principales activités de la Banque/ métier IT
