    Description

    As an All-Source Intelligence Planner, you will work as an integral member of a government/contractor team in support of our customer's operations organization.

    The team constructs, manages, and conducts discrete mission engineering and analysis study tasks to evaluate the efficacy of legacy architectures and new technologies and capabilities applied in new mission concepts of employment to meet evolving joint mission objectives.

    Generate system and system-of-system concept of operations, concept of employment, and requirements documentation
    Coordinate with Combatant Commands, Service Intelligence Centers, the Intelligence Community and future force planners to review and receive feedback on scenarios, vignettes, CONOPs/CONEMPs, and metrics the team develops
    Develop documents and briefings to communicate these products to senior leaders and the rest of the team
    Work with architecture and modeling simulation teams to help correctly capture the operational tasks from the vignettes in the various analysis tools
    Your work will encompass advanced systems, such as command, control, and communication elements and data processing systems
    Provide review and analysis support to the team
    Participate in project technical risk analysis and mitigation

    Minimum of 8 years' of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, production, and management
    Experience with the development of Concept of Operations, Concept of Employment, and Intelligence Threat Briefs
    In-depth understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) and the United States Intelligence Community (USIC)
    Analytical skills and the ability to apply them in a multi-tasking environment where more than one project may require his/her participation at any given time
    Outstanding communication skills in conveying complex technical issues and in providing comprehensive written, oral and/or digital products
    Outstanding technical writing and presentation development skills
    Bachelor's degree
    Active Top Secret with SCI Clearance

    Previous experience in a Combatant Command or Joint Staff
