    Are you a strategic leader with a developer mindset ready to grow and enhance a dynamic team? Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Director to join our esteemed medical center in Lincoln, Nebraska.

    This is a full-time, permanent position requiring relocation, with an annual starting salary of $160K and potential for increases based on experience.

    The Pharmacy Director is responsible for the administrative and clinical direction of our pharmacy programs and services.

    The role involves overseeing 4 Managers and potentially 6 more direct reports, with those Managers supervising a team of 125 pharmacists and technicians.

    The Director ensures efficient operations, coordination of care, and pliance with hospital policies and state and federal laws.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Strategy:
    - mit to the mission, vision, and core values of the organization.

    • Develop and direct the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
    • Provide leadership across all pharmacyrelated programs and services.

    Operational Management:

    • Ensure safe medication delivery and administration.
    • Maintain consistency in patient care delivery models.
    • Oversee pharmaceutical usage, cost management, and inventory control.

    Staff and Department Management:

    • Ensure clinical staff resources and assignments meet patient care needs.
    • Function as a preceptor for pharmacy students.
    • Resolve patient, family, staff, and physician concerns.
    - municate satisfaction survey results and develop improvement plans.

    • Maintain staff licenses, certifications, and petencies.

    Regulatory pliance and Quality Improvement:

    • Ensure pliance with all regulatory agencies and codes.
    • Monitor operations and develop correction plans as needed.
    • Serve on mittees and task forces to promote collaborative problemsolving.

    Professional Development:

    • Maintain and develop professional petence through continuous education.
    • Provide leadership in Medical Center improvement initiatives.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    - prehensive knowledge of pharmacy distribution systems, financial management, and regulatory standards.

    • Ability to effectively municate, manage, and evaluate staff performance.
    • Ability to balance diverse management and clinical responsibilities and maintain confidentiality.

    Education and Experience:

    • Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
    • Masters in Hospital Pharmacy (Administration), MBA, or MHA required (or willingness to obtain within 36 months).
    • Pharmacist licensure in the State of Nebraska required.
    • Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy practice experience.
    • Minimum 3 years of management experience.
    - pletion of a hospital pharmacy residency preferred.

    • 340B experience preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Sedentary work requiring exertion up to 10 pounds occasionally.
