- Develop and direct the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
- Provide leadership across all pharmacyrelated programs and services.
- Ensure safe medication delivery and administration.
- Maintain consistency in patient care delivery models.
- Oversee pharmaceutical usage, cost management, and inventory control.
- Ensure clinical staff resources and assignments meet patient care needs.
- Function as a preceptor for pharmacy students.
- Resolve patient, family, staff, and physician concerns.
- Maintain staff licenses, certifications, and petencies.
- Ensure pliance with all regulatory agencies and codes.
- Monitor operations and develop correction plans as needed.
- Serve on mittees and task forces to promote collaborative problemsolving.
- Maintain and develop professional petence through continuous education.
- Provide leadership in Medical Center improvement initiatives.
- Ability to effectively municate, manage, and evaluate staff performance.
- Ability to balance diverse management and clinical responsibilities and maintain confidentiality.
- Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
- Masters in Hospital Pharmacy (Administration), MBA, or MHA required (or willingness to obtain within 36 months).
- Pharmacist licensure in the State of Nebraska required.
- Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy practice experience.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience.
- 340B experience preferred.
- Sedentary work requiring exertion up to 10 pounds occasionally.
