    Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.


    We're seeking a visionary leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for development to spearhead the growth and advancement of our leadership team.

    As the Pharmacy Director, you'll lead a team of 4 Managers with the potential to oversee 6 additional direct reports, including analysts, and more.

    Together, your team will manage a dedicated group of 125 professionals, comprising pharmacists and technicians.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Development: Lead the implementation and direction of the 340B Drug Pricing Program across all applicable locations, collaborating closely with finance, legal, and senior leadership for integration and compliance.
    • Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient operations across programs, services, and sites, maintaining a focus on safe medication delivery and administration.
    • Community Engagement: Stay attuned to community needs and tailor services accordingly, aligning efforts with our organizational mission and strategic objectives.
    • Clinical Excellence: Supervise and coordinate clinical, distributive, financial, and administrative activities within the Pharmacy Department, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
    • Masters of Science in Hospital Pharmacy (Administration), MBA, or MHA required; or willing to obtain within 36 months of hire date.
    • Pharmacist licensure in the State of Nebraska required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of hospital pharmacy practice experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years of management experience (as a manager or director of pharmacy) required.
    • Completion of a hospital pharmacy residency preferred.
    • Experience with 340B preferred.
