In our building services department, we specialize in technical support/operation, building cleaning, outdoor area maintenance, and caretaker services. We always guarantee our clients the best quality of service.


To strengthen our team at our
Weinböhla location, we are looking for a
Caretaker (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible on a full-time and/or part-time basis.


Your responsibilities:


  • Performing general caretaker tasks
  • Conducting rounds and inspections to check the properties
  • Communicating with clients and colleagues onsite
  • Monitoring technical systems
  • Ensuring safety and security
  • Maintaining green and outdoor areas
  • Snow removal

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training in a trade (m/f/d) or equivalent experience
  • Interest in managing technical systems
  • Ideally, experience in maintaining green areas
  • Independent and meticulous work style
  • Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and a helpful team player (m/f/d)
  • Valid driver's license
