    Senior Salesperson - District Sales Manager

    As a Senior Salesperson - District Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within your assigned district, leveraging your experience in PEMB sales to deliver exceptional results.


    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned district.

    Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends, informing sales strategies and tactics accordingly.

    Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals, objectives, and performance metrics, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to drive results.


    Customer Relationship Management:

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their PEMB needs.

    Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and consultations to understand customer requirements, educate clients on our products and services, and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.

    Respond to customer inquiries, requests for proposals (RFPs), and other communications promptly and professionally, addressing concerns, negotiating terms, and closing sales effectively.


    Team Leadership and Development:

    Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives within the district, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Coach and mentor sales team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management abilities, supporting their professional growth and development.

    Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear expectations, and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team success.

    Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    Forecast sales volumes, revenues, and expenses for the assigned district, leveraging historical data, market trends, and pipeline analysis to inform projections.

    Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, challenges, and opportunities, and recommending actionable insights for improvement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

    Proven experience in PEMB sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
    Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM software.
    Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed.
