Medical Assistant (m/f/d) as First-in-Charge: Full or Part-Time | Nuremberg

Your responsibilities:
As First-in-Charge, you will not only manage the daily operations of the practice, but also take on the following tasks:
You will coordinate the practice workflow and assist in optimizing processes
You will train new employees and provide professional development
You will support practice management in scheduling and planning for staff shifts and vacations, as well as in developing areas such as controlling and quality management
You will handle billing (EBM) and private billing (GOÄ) in collaboration with the medical team and practice management
You will be the first point of contact for onsite staff (trainees, medical assistants, doctors, etc.)
You will handle administrative tasks and coordinate with departments of the parent company (accounting, purchasing, pharmacy, etc.)
You will act as a representative for practice management in their absence
We expect from you:
You have completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
You have relevant work experience in an orthopedic practice
You have several years of experience in practice organization and managing appointments
You have excellent knowledge of billing
