    · The duties and responsibilities of a breakfast attendant include

    · Maintaining and cleaning the buffet services according to standards

    · Accomplishing all assigned cleaning, stocking, and maintenance tasks

    · Answering any guest questions about the menu items, daily specials and beverages, including knowledge of the ingredients, preparation methods and garnishes

    · Preparing foods, such as fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods, and replenishing food on hot/cold buffets

    · Ensuring that the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times

    · Receiving beverage orders and directing these to the kitchen, as needed

    · Providing customers with condiments upon request
