    • The duties and responsibilities of a breakfast attendant include
    • Maintaining and cleaning the buffet services according to standards
    • Accomplishing all assigned cleaning, stocking, and maintenance tasks
    • Answering any guest questions about the menu items, daily specials and beverages, including knowledge of the ingredients, preparation methods and garnishes
    • Preparing foods, such as fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods, and replenishing food on hot/cold buffets
    • Ensuring that the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times
    • Receiving beverage orders and directing these to the kitchen, as needed
    • Providing customers with condiments upon request

    • Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or similar setting
    • Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
    • Customer service skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Familiar with Micros
