    **Description**

    **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the picking, loading and receiving processes of merchandise and supplies for all stores. The goal is to ensure quality/productivity/accuracy targets are achieved and all warehouse processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

    **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

    Control all inventory movements from picking, receiving and truck loading through shipment.

    Work with warehouse associates to meet the demands of the business daily.

    Plan and assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.

    Ensure safety and OSHA compliance standards for the warehouse are met.

    Assure warehouse maintains compliance with companys policies and vision.

    Maintain accurate inventory and product loss control records.

    Communicates with Warehouse Operations Manager and other departments to ensure goals are accomplished.

    Identify and implement warehouse process improvements.

    Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Operations Manager

    Hands -On actively participate supporting the team each day.

    CPU and improvement opportunities

    Perpetuate the TD culture

    **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:**

    Proven warehouse experience

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Working knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    Experience in warehouse supervision procedures and best practices

    Leadership skills and ability to work with associates

    Strong customer service experience

    Desire and ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment with a positive can-do attitude

    Ability to become certified on all MHE equipment

    **EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:**

    High School diploma or GED required

    3-5 years warehouse/inventory experience required

    Ability to use Microsoft Windows, computer and key boarding skills

    Strong oral and written communication skills

    Forklift certification a plus

    **Physical Demands:**

    Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

    Walking, standing, sitting, listening and talking on a wide variety and continual basis.

    Movement generally throughout the facility areas required on a continual basis.
