The Customer Management Service Center is responsible for central sales telephony as well as qualified cancellation, address, and acquisition management, making a significant contribution to the sales success of AOK Rheinland/Hamburg.
The Sales Telephony team supports the field sales team in achieving their goals by scheduling targeted appointments through campaign-driven telephone calls to private and corporate customers.
The team's task is to convince customers over the phone using modern communication software and to win them as new members for AOK Rheinland/Hamburg.
