    Real Estate Agent - Leads, Marketing, CRM, Training, #1 Brokerage

    The #1 Real Estate Brokerage in Philadelphia, KW EMPOWER, is officially hiring both new and experienced real estate agents. Launched in January KW Empower is redefining the agent experience through innovation, education and layers of support for agents of all experience levels. No agent is the same and neither are their businesses - so our team is focused on providing tools, resources and solutions for agents at various stages of their careers.

    New Agents: We prioritize coaching, training and skillset development. Our average agent closes their first deal within the first 60 days based upon the New Agent Development Program we've developed.     Experienced Agents: We've built a handful of resources and services to save you time so you can focus on strictly growing your career. We provide elevated coaching focused on leverage and systems and also have a full-time Director of Tech and Lead Generation on our leadership team to work with agents one on one to generate more business efficiently within their databases.

    Compensation:

    $77,500

    Responsibilities:
    • Generate leads through various marketing strategies to increase client base
    • Utilize CRM system effectively to manage client interactions and track progress
    • Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns
    • Represent the brokerage as a top performer in the real estate market
    Qualifications:
