Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and needs
Develop personalized treatment plans and set measurable goals for each patient
Execute treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and their families on athome exercises and techniques
Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills
Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
