    Job Description

    Position Summary

    The Preschool Teacher will provide top-notch, educational and fitness-focused instruction for children aged 3 to 5 years. They will establish an enjoyable and secure environment for kids participating in preschool camps and youth programs.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develops and executes engaging educational and fitness lesson plans on a weekly/monthly basis.
    • Prepares and organizes classes and camps efficiently.
    • Involves preschoolers in educational and fitness activities.
    • Keeps parents informed about their child's progress and development.
    • Maintains a clean and safe space for all participants.
    • Adjusts teaching approaches and materials to suit the interests and learning styles of diverse children.

    Position Requirements

    • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
    • Minimum of one year of experience working with children aged 3 to 5 in a childcare or school environment.
    • First Aid certification, Adult, Infant & Child CPR required within the first 60 days of employment.
    • Completion of Life Time Summer Camp Counselor Certification before the camp season.
    • Completion of all Kids On-Demand mandatory training before starting work.

    ​ Preferred Requirements

    • Ability to stand, walk, use hands, objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
    • Capacity to bend regularly and lift over 30lbs repetitively.
