    • Communication Skills
    :

    Good communication is essential to coordinate with various departments, handle queries, and ensure that everyone has access to the latest documents.

    They must be able to clearly convey information and instructions.

    • Organizational Skills
    :

    Be able to proactively organize, prioritize and manage tasks, keep control over a large number of documents and transmittals to ensure information is correct and easily accessible by team.

    This includes managing and maintaining a system and the flow of information efficiently.

    • Attention to Detail
    :

    This skill is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation.

    It involves a keen eye for spotting errors, inconsistencies, and ensuring that all information is correct and up to date.

    MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    :

    Responsible for overall management of controlled documents within the projects.
    Perform document control functions within the Electronic Document Management System.
    Supports users with training, first level support and Document Control requests for processing of documentation.
    Help identify gaps and opportunities to improve current documentation methods.
    Perform document quality assurance audits on incoming and outgoing documentation.
    REQUIRED COMPETENCES/ QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / PROFILE

    :

    High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required, some college preferred.
    Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a Document Control role.
    Relevant experience in the use of Electronic Document Management Systems, processes and best practices required.
    Relevant experience working with engineering and project management documentation on capital projects required.
    Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
    Documentum, Core for Capital Projects (CCP) and SharePoint experience preferred, but not required.
    Proficiency in Microsoft applications; familiar with Adobe, Brava.
