We are currently looking for a

Department Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on civil engineering / building materials

Your tasks:

  • Management of the civil engineering department in Rheinbach
  • Further development of the civil engineering department as well as strategic alignment of tasks and projects
  • Project management and organization of various measures
  • Trustful cooperation with other departments as well as sales and management internally and externally
  • Personal support of key account customers
  • Representation of Faßbender Tenten in the civil engineering department
  • Management of internal and external technical planners for optimal planning
  • Independent plan reviews and coordination
  • Technical advice and support
  • Personnel and budget responsibility
  • Planning, construction and maintenance of sports and leisure facilities
  • Accompaniment, planning and implementation of development processes and measures
