    AZIENDA LEADER NEL SETTORE RETAIL **Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)**

    In accordo con le esigenze aziendali e riportando allHR Manager, il candidato si occuper della selezione, inserimento e gestione di District Manager, Store Manager e del personale di vendita negli oltre 100 DOS. Dovr gestire attraverso frequenti visite sul territorio lassetto organizzativo dei singoli PDV, assicurando il corretto presidio nelle diverse fasce orarie, garantendo sempre la giusta copertura del PDV e il mantenimento di un buon livello di clima lavorativo e motivazionale allinterno dei negozi.

    Si confronter con lUfficio Formazione e con la Direzione Commerciale per la pianificazione dei percorsi formativi e di crescita del personale dei PDV sulla base della produttivit e delle previsioni di incasso, lavorer a stretto contatto con lAmministrazione del Personale per la corretta applicazione delle norme contrattuali e di legge e per la gestione dei contenziosi.

    Si confronter con il Controlling per la gestione dei costi del personale e per lelaborazione del budget annuale.

    Il candidato ideale ha maturato unesperienza di almeno 3/4 anni nello stesso ruolo.

    Ulteriori requisiti : ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel, disponibilit a frequenti trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale, automunito, domicilio in Campania.
