Description

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Business Analyst to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting financial business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Write user requirements
Determine if new solutions are sufficient
Develop use cases to explain and demonstrate business requirements
Assist QA team to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans
Ensure proper testing plans are executed
Develop system integration test scripts and ensure testing results correspond with expectations

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong understanding of banking technologies and processes
1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience gathering and writing functional and technical requirements
Agile experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS/CHARACTERISTICS:

Bachelor's degree
Experience documenting technical requirements
SaaS experience

TERMS:

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $90K based on experience. They offer benefits including medical, dental, and vision along with 401K matching and other soft benefits.
