    Description

    Controlled Holdings, a renowned distributor of HVAC controls and recognized as Indiana's outstanding workplace for 8 consecutive years, is in search of a detail-oriented and data-savvy Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain processes, databases, and data accuracy for internal platforms
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement business intelligence solutions
    • Enhance data integration platforms
    • Act as a main point of contact for data-related inquiries
    • Provide training to end users on reporting and dashboards across various internal platforms
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and manage reporting and dashboard solutions that align with business requirements
    • Utilize problem-solving skills and in-depth data analysis to derive actionable business insights
    • Oversee large-scale updates in internal platforms
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated persistence and a proactive approach to challenges
    • Familiarity with internal platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft BI, and PTW
    • A passion for working with data
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
