    Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

    Location: Anaheim, CA
    Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract School Year)
    Compensation: Hourly

    Procare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the school year. As an RBT contracted through Procare Therapy, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges in an educational setting. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to work 35-40 hours per week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
    • Provide direct one-on-one and group therapy to students.
    • Collect and record behavior data as directed by the BCBA.
    • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to promote a positive and supportive learning environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
    • Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Requirements:

    • Valid RBT certification.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
    • Ability to pass a background check.
