Job Overview:
Duties:
- Implement behavioral support plans for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor vital signs
- Conduct crisis intervention when necessary
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behaviors
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Provide addiction counseling and support as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with autism, and developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in medication administration and monitoring vital signs
- Knowledge of crisis intervention strategies
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in addiction counseling
- Strong background in data collection techniques
