My client is looking for Business Data Analyst in the Cedar Rapids area. This is a full time, permanent, onsite role.

This candidate will work with product owners, software development manager, and other business units to get estimates, project schedules, financials, and invoicing. Then you will take input and build Power BI reports, and put together dashboards for upper management, will update dashboards on projects, and make sure data is clean and correct. Must have experience with Power BI, Power Query, data analytics, and the ability to work with the wider business. Experience with MS Project would be a huge plus, but not required. Experience working in an Agile environment would be a huge plus but not required.

This person will build reports with Power BI, keep dashboards updated with clean data, and be able to present data to leadership teams. Reports will center around scheduling for teams, project estimates and timelines, financial reporting, and invoicing.
This person will work with Product Owners, Software Development leadership, and other business units.
Experience communicating reports to senior leadership.
Ability to take data from teams and build out dashboards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non technical teams.
Experience in an Agile environment would be a plus.
MS Project would be a plus.
