    Job Summary:

    Planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's technology infrastructure and systems. IT professionals play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing technology resources to meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders and optimizing technology resources to support business operations, enhance productivity, and drive innovation. They contribute to areas such as technical support, system administration, networking, database management, software development, and project management.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Understanding your business stakeholder's objectives, the metrics that are the most important to them, and how they measure their performance.
    • Translate data into actionable insights to improve decision-making across all departments.
    • Lead the development, design, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and analytics.
    • Assist with building and maintaining ETL processes and ensuring data integrity.
    • Perform ad-hoc data analysis as needed to solve business problems.
    • Develop ad hoc reporting utilizing various tools such as SQL, Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI, and similar tools.
    • Develops and automates reports, iteratively builds and prototypes dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
    • Act as the subject matter expert on business data, database structures, and business rules

    • Drive best practices in displaying large datasets visually and effectively.
    • Find and understand the correct data sources for a given analysis.
    • Create technical documentation for ad hoc reporting and data requests on an as-needed basis.
    • Perform and drive code reviews with data analysts/developers to ensure the quality of data.
    • Train business users on report usage and interpretation.

    Work locations of each position will be determined during the hiring process. Each work location will depend on business needs and the essential functions of the position.
